<p>Description</p> <p>ObjectiveHealth is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support clinical research activities within our research office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on clinical experience in phlebotomy as well as foley catheter insertion and removal, and will demonstrate strong documentation skills.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Perform venipuncture and collect laboratory, pharmacokinetic (PK), and other biological samples. </li><li>Administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections. </li><li>Administer IV infusions in accordance with applicable state laws and protocols. </li><li>Insert and manage foley catheters per protocol and patient care standards. </li><li>Perform and document electrocardiograms. </li><li>Accurately complete and correct case report forms; resolve data queries promptly. </li><li>Complete and maintain source documents per Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. </li><li>Manage Investigational Product (IP) storage, handling, and accountability per protocol and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Administer informed consent per protocol and institutional policies. </li><li>Identify and report Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) in a timely and compliant manner. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse license in Iowa or a Compact State. License must be unencumbered. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of clinical experience; prior experience in clinical research preferred. </li><li>Strong phlebotomy and injection skills. </li><li>Competence in foley catheter insertion and management. </li><li>Familiarity with GCP and FDA regulatory guidelines a plus. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Flexible and able to adapt to changing research demands and protocols. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment:</p> <p>Research office environment with onsite parking. No on-call, evenings, or weekend shifts.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>This job requires legal authorization to work in the US.
