Investors-REVG</p> <p>The Senior Director of Global Applications is responsible for managing the platforms of selected applications, including but not limited to SAP, Infor XA, Great Plains, MacPac, Syteline, Zoho, and Epicor, as well as Business Analytics and their associated boltons used by REV business locations. This role also oversees the Engineering software at REV, particularly focusing on BOM integration with ERP systems.</p> <p>Summary of Key responsibilities include:</p> <p>Executing transparent IT processes throughout the full solution lifecycle.</p> <p>Driving continuous improvement in solution performance, reliability, compliance, and efficiency.</p> <p>Collaborating with Directors, business users, and the REV India team to standardize processes for end-user training, support (with key metrics), code development, release updates, end-user documentation, and maintaining a user application knowledge base for each platform.</p> <p>Overseeing and executing projects as requested and approved by the business while ensuring SOX compliance.</p> <p>This position will work closely with the VP of Global Applications and the REV Global Infrastructure team to establish these processes and standards.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>This job description and the list of duties and responsibilities indicate the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent and is not all inclusive. Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as management may deem necessary from time to time.</p> <p>Lead Application Evolution: Oversee the development and support of selected applications with IT, business, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams.</p> <p>Metrics-Based Management: Implement and support IT applications using a metrics-based system, ensuring lifecycle management, and resolving system issues.</p> <p>Strategy and Standards: Develop and enforce IT strategies, standards, policies, and procedures as part of the senior leadership team.</p> <p>Business Alignment: Align IT Application strategy with overall business strategy in partnership with executive and business unit leaders.</p> <p>System Implementation: Oversee and execute IT system implementations and simplify the application landscape.</p> <p>Best Practices/ Application Efficiency: Establish and control best practices for application support and development. Benchmark and improve existing applications, modernizing assets to eliminate technical debt.</p> <p>Design and Support: Lead design and support activities to drive business value. Develop custom solutions as required based on standards.</p> <p>Third-Party Management: Manage third-party development and support operations, ensuring contract delivery.</p> <p>Talent Development: Build and develop a diverse and engaged team.</p> <p>Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with organizational policies, including SOX, to maintain a safe working environment.</p> <p>Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</p> <p>Global Delivery Experience: Establish and direct Global Delivery industrialized factories.</p> <p>ERP Management: Significant experience with Infor XA, SAP, Great Plains, and other ERP solutions.</p> <p>Application Platform Implementation: Experience in implementing and managing application platforms for core business functions in the manufacturing industry.</p> <p>Vendor Management: Design, implement, and track service levels with vendors; negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.</p> <p>Talent Development: Demonstrated skill in developing talent and achieving group performance goals.</p> <p>Team Orientation: Ability to build relationships and trust across all organizational levels and functions.</p> <p>Methodology Knowledge: Strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.</p> <p>Communication and Leadership: Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.</p> <p>Senior Management Collaboration: Proven ability to serve as an effective member of a senior management team and lead advisory committees.</p> <p>Leadership and Technical Expertise: Strong leadership experience and business acumen combined with hands-on technical expertise in IT Applications platforms.</p> <p>Remote Management: Experience managing international team members, including our India office team members remotely from the U.S.</p> <p>Analytical Skills: Apply critical and analytical thinking to unique problems and projects.</p> <p>Travel Requirement: Willingness to travel to business sites across the U.S. to support projects and meet with stakeholders.</p> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <p>Must have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.</p> <p>15+ years in Information Technology function as well as a minimum of 10+ years in management leadership role within IT leading application and development teams.</p> <p>Skilled knowledge of Infor XA, SAP, Great Plains in a manufacturing environment.</p> <p>Strong understanding of manufacturing process flows such as Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Engineering / BOM structures.</p> <p>7+ years of experience in developing, implementing, and/or managing captive nearshore and development offshore centers.</p> <p>First-hand experience setting up formal IT Controls to comply with SOX404 and ISO standards is required.</p> <p>Diverse experience in leading support and upgrade initiatives across ERP applications.</p> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>Must be able to communicate telephonically and electronically with team members and customers.</p> <p>Must be able to hear/understand/speak with team members at all levels within a diverse workforce.</p> <p>Must be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including the ability to travel by air/auto to remote sites.</p> <p>Must be able to work in front of a personal computer for extended periods of time.</p> <p>Must be able to lift documents/work materials up to 50 pounds in weight.</p> <p>Work Environment/Conditions:</p> <p>Majority of the work is conducted in an office setup connecting on network to manage/administer the applications.</p> <p>This position may involve working in our manufacturing plants when managing IT technologies that are supporting our manufacturing operations.</p> <p>The above information is intended to describe the general nature of this position and should not be considered a comprehensive statement of duties, activities, responsibilities, and requirements.
