Other duties as assigned. Develops, coordinates, manages, facilitates, conducts, and evaluates onboarding and orientation programs for new Registered Nurses to promote employee retention and a positive learning environment. Validates that orientation requirements are met and adjust programs based on evaluation results in collaboration appropriate personnel. Assesses and identifies learning needs of new Registered Nurses, developing and evaluating plans to achieve competency and close practice gaps. Plans and delivers educational content with learner engagement, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Promotes and integrates evidence-based practice (EBP) and quality improvement (QI) initiatives to continuously improve patient care and nursing practice. Provides professional role development, including lifelong learning, career advancement resources, and opportunities for skill enhancement and mastery. Monitors and ensures compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to hospital-wide improvement in patient safety and service excellence. Supports and provides input into strategic planning and business development processes, staying abreast of regulatory changes, emerging technology, and advancements in healthcare delivery.
