<p>Work with engineering requirements, work orders, prints, charts, sketches, work instructions, documents, verbal and electronic information to manufacture to quality requirements, parts and assemblies.</p> <p>Fabricate assemblies using computerized numerical controlled (CNC) mediums while simultaneously ensuring product and/or process quality at all levels of the manufacturing operation through monitoring/verification methodologies.</p> <p>Determine and adjust as necessary machine feeds, speeds, and work alignment using shop mathematics, charts and graphs and precision measuring instruments.</p> <p>Ability to machine proof new and revised part programs.</p> <p>Adjust tool set-ups and make minor machine adjustments to ensure safe operation of the machine.</p> <p>Adapt tooling and holding fixtures as necessary to orient machine tool cutters and machining fixtures.</p> <p>Ability to check parts for correct dimensions using heights gages, gauge blocks, micrometers, calipers, protractors, and other precisions tools.</p> <p>Use precision measuring instruments required to accomplish tasks.</p> <p>Utilize tooling in the assembly of components into sub-assemblies or end items.</p> <p>Verify work performed is per work instructions and meets process and/or engineering specification.</p> <p>Identify discrepancies found per applicable procedure.</p> <p>Ensure equipment and tool certification occurs per procedure.</p> <p>Assist in the training of other assembly personnel in assembly and installation techniques.</p>
