The cover letter should address your specific interest in the position and outline skills and experience that directly relate to this position.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Department of Cell & Developmental Biology is seeking a full-time Laboratory Assistant Temp in the lab of Dr. Cai, which studies neuronal circuitry and neurogenesis in mouse and fly brains.</p> <p>Responsibilities*</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant Temp to support ongoing research in a collaborative neuroscience laboratory. The successful candidate will contribute to experimental workflows, data analysis, and general laboratory operations.</p> <p>Primary responsibilities include performing routine molecular and cellular biology techniques such as molecular cloning, immunohistochemistry, fluorescence microscopy, and quantitative image analysis.</p> <p>Additional responsibilities include preparing stock solutions and reagents, maintaining laboratory supplies and equipment, sterilizing glassware, and ensuring a clean and organized laboratory environment.
