<p>The Bartender and Food Server will provide exceptional guest service by pouring drinks, crafting cocktails and filling drink orders while on shift as a Bartender as well as creating a positive dining experience and ensuring guest needs are promptly met while on shift as a Food Server.</p> <p>Duties as Bartender:</p> <ul> <li>Sincerely greet and thank each guest. </li><li>Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and quickly. </li><li>Knowledge of all coupons and specials, including com rules for all player card levels. </li><li>Balance a bank with a high level of accuracy. </li><li>Accurate use of the POS system to close checks using a variety of payment methods. </li><li>Completes all shift side work requirements. </li><li>Continuously maintain an organized, safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members. </li></ul> <p>Duties as Food Server:</p> <ul> <li>Sincerely greet each guest at their tables within 3 minutes. </li><li>Provide friendly and accurate service throughout the guest's meal. </li><li>Continuously maintain a neat, clean, organized, safe, and comfortable environment for our guests and employees. </li><li>Understands the ingredients and preparation of all menu items and can relate that information to the guest in a clear and concise manner. </li><li>Serve beverages and ensure that glasses are refilled frequently throughout the meal. </li><li>Completes all shift side work requirements. </li><li>Adheres to all department requirements, including proper food safety and sanitation protocols. </li><li>Responsible for maintaining required levels of supplies in the outlet. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age. </li><li>Alcohol Awareness card required. </li><li>Minimum 1 year of previous bartending and food serving experience is preferred. </li><li>Ability to repeatedly lift 25 lbs. to chest, balance a food tray, and stand for long periods of time. </li><li>Able to communicate clearly with guests in English. </li></ul>
