<p>About the role</p> <p>A seasoned QA Program Manager with over 15 years of experience in testing and P&C Insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep understanding of QA processes, expertise in test planning and strategy, and the ability to manage full project lifecycle, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with business goals.</p> <p>In this role, you will:</p> <ul> <li>Program Planning and Execution - Manage commercial underwriting and Claims programs. </li><li>Stakeholder and CIO Management - Manage communication and expectations of C- level stakeholders , especially CIO and Quality Engineering and Assurance leadership. </li><li>Influence and align CIO strategic goals with Program Delivery (Test Automation, Gen AI implementation, Data Strategy). </li><li>Change Management and Adoption - Lead organizational change management for process, strategies, and tools. </li><li>Serve as Champion for Transformation and Innovation. </li><li>Develop and Manage program budgets. </li><li>Identify Risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies across program components. </li></ul> <p>Work model:</p> <p>We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
