NOVO Health keenly focuses on safety and infection control and provides its partner hospitals with a value-driven linen management control system that measures and monitors linen utilization by department to eliminate excess internal costs. NOVO's wide range of service programs offer a variety of options to provide a seamless, single source distribution system. NOVO's regional healthcare linen facilities are HLAC accredited and operate with state-of-the-art processing equipment and processes.</p> <p>Primary duty is to develop and close new linen and scrub rental sales opportunities within healthcare clinics and non-acute accounts. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments with prospects, presenting programs and meeting a sales quota.</p> <p>JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:</p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain senior and end user level client relationships </li><li>Achieve assigned sales plan. </li><li>Build a holistic approach and plan to establish new client relationships as well as manage client base relationships and increase revenue within new and existing accounts </li><li>Work in conjunction with area Customer Success Manager(s) and Route Service Representatives(s) in building strategic, in-depth account plans for each major account. </li><li>Target, develop and pursue new business acquisition opportunities within assigned market </li><li>Function as the lead in qualification process of all high-potential leads </li><li>Function as Leader for the assigned market team and conduct highly effective sales meetings with key decision makers </li><li>Function as the leader in structuring new deals, negotiating contracts and monitoring compliance </li><li>Increase penetration of existing accounts </li><li>Ensure Client Satisfaction through clearly communicated and flawless deal implementation </li><li>Analyze and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements. </li><li>Support Marketing and Corporate initiatives. </li><li>Document prospect/customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management software </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>NOVO Health Services is a service company which requires that you are always providing some level of service to either an internal or external customer.
