<p>Five Star Interlocal Co-Op School Business Manager</p> <p>1) Financial</p> <p>Oversee the entire financial workflow, from daily transactions to payroll, budgeting, monitoring and reporting to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Transaction Management - Handles daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.</p> <p>Payroll and Tax Filings - Oversees payroll processing and prepares monthly, quarterly and yearly tax documents.</p> <p>Budgeting and Financial Reporting - Develops budgets and generates financial statements.</p> <p>Regulatory Compliance - Ensures adherence to accounting standards and regulations. Monitor cash levels.</p> <p>Record and pay accounts payable.</p> <p>Maintain a coherent system of accounts, with a supporting filing system.</p> <p>Collect information as needed for the annual audit.</p> <p>2) Human Resources (HR)</p> <p>Source of information between the Co-Op and the employee. Maintain a personnel file on each employee, making sure each file is compliant with federal law, state school law and Co-Op requirements.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Communicate information, as needed and in a timely fashion, to employees in a way that helps build connection between the Co-Op and the employee.</p> <p>Stay current on guidelines that exist on the local, state and federal level that help protect both the Co-Op and the employee in work-related situations.</p> <p>Insurance.</p> <p>Onboarding new employees and closing out resigning or terminated employees.</p> <p>After signed and dated release of information from the employee, provide requested information to outside sources.</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>Health insurance</p> <p>Paid time off</p> <p>Work Location: In person</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications Degree in Finance preferred but not required.</p>
