At Merakey, we put heart and soul into everything we do.</p> <p>We are seeking a Fee For Service Drug and Alcohol Clinican to join our team in our Colmar, PA location.</p> <p>Earn: $35-$38/hour</p> <p>Position Details</p> <p>A D/A Co-Occurring Clinician provides comprehensive substance-use treatment within Merakey's clinic-based behavioral health program, serving as a key member of the multidisciplinary treatment team. In addition to delivering integrated care for individuals with co-occurring mental-health and substance-use disorders, the clinician provides therapeutic services including individual, couple, and family therapy; conducts intake and diagnostic assessments; facilitates group therapy-including structured drug-and-alcohol groups using evidence-based practices, relapse-prevention strategies, psychoeducation, and skill-building; and coordinates care with the clinic director, psychiatrist, and clinical supervisor. Merakey welcomes all Veterans to apply!</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Completed an accredited master's-level program with a graduate degree in a human-service field such as social work, clinical counseling, or psychology </li><li>Completed a minimum one-year clinical internship. </li><li>CADC, CRS, or MAT-related training-are preferred </li><li>This clinician provides integrated mental-health and substance-use treatment for individuals with co-occurring disorders, requiring strong skills in assessment, counseling, and evidence-based interventions. The role demands knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostics, substance-use treatment models, crisis-management strategies, and the ability to facilitate individual and group therapy while maintaining accurate documentation and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. Clinicians are expected to uphold ethical standards, practice trauma-informed and culturally competent care, engage in supervision and ongoing training, and support program goals with professionalism and flexibility. The D/A Co-Occurring Clinician is also responsible for facilitating structured drug-and-alcohol group sessions that incorporate evidence-based practices, relapse-prevention strategies, psychoeducation, and therapeutic skill-building to support clients in their recovery. </li></ul>
