Support meaningful student and family engagement opportunities for multilingual learners. Build upon the cultural and linguistic assets of ELs to support equitable educational opportunities. </li><li>Implement effective instructional routines based on current research, the SIOP Model, and the WIDA Standards Framework. Collect, analyze, and communicate relevant data for ELs & Former ELs (FELs). </li><li>Leverage instructional technology to support making content comprehensible and developing academic language for ELs. </li><li>Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to support newcomer ELs and their families. </li><li>Administer EL assessments (including WIDA Screener & WIDA Access) and communicate results & implications. Contribute to the growth and development of the EL Program. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Reaching: Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. </li><li>Lifting: Raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.
