In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner-translating complex business needs into innovative technology solutions, championing digital transformation, and driving operational excellence across all facets of our banking operations.</p> <p>In this Role You Will</p> <ul> <li>Lead the planning and execution of business analysis initiatives that drive strategic objectives and operational excellence. </li><li>Engage with stakeholders across business units to elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional and technical specifications for solution design and implementation. </li><li>Facilitate workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions to uncover pain points, identify improvement opportunities, and build consensus on project priorities. </li><li>Develop comprehensive business analysis plans, outlining key activities, deliverables, and timelines to ensure successful project outcomes. </li><li>Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership, presenting findings and recommendations that support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. </li></ul> <p>Technical Expertise</p> <ul> <li>Work closely with development teams to design and validate technical solutions. </li><li>Partner with cross-functional development teams to architect, implement, and validate technology solutions that support business objectives. </li><li>Evaluate and optimize data flows, system integrations, and API connectivity across banking platforms to ensure seamless operations and scalability. </li><li>Develop and maintain comprehensive data models, process maps, and technical documentation to support ongoing system enhancements and regulatory compliance. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline. </li><li>Minimum of five years' experience as a Business Analyst within banking or financial services, preferably in a family-owned, regional, or community-focused institution. </li><li>Demonstrated expertise in core banking systems, digital banking platforms, and payment processing technologies. </li><li>Proven experience with API integration, data mapping, and ETL () processes. </li><li>Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies. </li><li>Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. </li><li>Strong commitment to customer service and stakeholder engagement, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. </li></ul> <p>Be a part of a growing company that is truly committed to its employees and clients.
