Salary range based on 1.0 FTE.</p> <p>Required: Valid Washington State certificate with appropriate endorsement required (students may submit a note stating when certificate is expected).</p> <p>The Elementary STEM Specialist, supported by building and district leadership, fosters a dynamic, inclusive, and inquiry-driven learning environment that promotes students' academic, social-emotional, and digital growth. This educator designs and delivers high-quality, developmentally appropriate STEM instruction that integrates science, technology, engineering, and mathematics through hands-on, problem-based learning experiences. Job posting open until filled.</p> <p>Benefit Eligibility:</p> <ul> <li>Insurance: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, basic life insurance, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance provided the assignment is anticipated to work at least 630 hours per year.* </li><li>Retirement Plans: This position is eligible for a 403(b) TSA Retirement Savings Plan. </li><li>Paid Holidays: This position is not eligible for paid holidays. </li><li>Paid Time Off: Certificated employees receive 12 sick days and 2 discretionary personal leave days each school year. Sick leave and discretionary personal leave days are based on scheduled hours and position start date. </li><li>Snoqualmie Valley School District benefits are administered by the Washington State Healthcare Authority (HCA) under the School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB). Click HERE for an overview of available benefit options. </li></ul> <p>Eligibility for benefits is determined by the number of hours employees are anticipated to work during the school year (September 1 through August 31).
