<p>HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT</p> <ul> <li>Champion daily workflow: Execute and adjust daily task assignments as directed by the Supervisor or Department Manager to ensure shift productivity and Fan promise goals are met </li><li>Support and guide Athletes: Work side-by-side with warehouse associates to model best practices, boost morale, and reinforce safety and performance expectations </li><li>Identify and remove barriers: Proactively troubleshoot problems, escalate issues when needed, and communicate solutions to leadership </li><li>Own team readiness: Help orient and train new Rookies (new hires) and ensure they feel supported as they ramp into their roles </li><li>Live the BOLD principles: Act as a cultural ambassador by building team spirit, pushing through challenges, and finding new ways to deliver results with passion and energy </li><li>Maintain operational excellence: Use warehouse systems and tools to monitor task progress, accuracy, and quality in real-time </li><li>Promote a safe and clean workplace: Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a safe, organized workspace </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM</p> <ul> <li> <p>At least 1 year of warehouse experience (or demonstrated leadership capability in a high-volume setting)</p> </li><li> <p>Effective communication and interpersonal skills to lead, coach, and engage team members</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable operating computerized scanning equipment and using basic PC programs</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to supervise and support 25-30 Athletes during a shift</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain adaptable under pressure</p> </li><li> <p>Physically able to:</p> </li><li> <p>Stand and walk for 8-10 hours/day (up to 10 miles per shift)</p> </li><li> <p>Frequently lift up to 25 lbs (occasionally more)</p> </li><li> <p>Bend, reach, and perform other physical movements in a warehouse setting</p> </li><li> <p>Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and overtime as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU</p> <ul> <li>Culture: Join a high-performing, passionate team that believes in development, recognition, and making an impact together.
