This includes sandwiches, salads, fresh fruit, cereal and a wide variety of beverages.</p> <p>KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for our Table Games Dealers, including theoretical and practical aspects of various casino table games. </li><li>Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all dealers are up-to-date with the latest gaming procedures and regulations. </li><li>Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any skill gaps in our dealers' performance. </li><li>Conduct evaluations of dealers' performance and provide constructive feedback and coaching to help them improve their skills. </li><li>Ensure all training materials and documentation are up-to-date and accurate. </li><li>Responsible for the integrity of daily operations, ensures compliance with all regulatory, internal control, and policies and procedures. </li><li>Presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:</p> <ul> <li>Prior experience training table games dealers is preferred. </li><li>Knowledge of all games including BJ, Carnival Games, PG, MB, Roulette, & Craps strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Must be passionate about casino table games and have a proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs. </li><li>A strong understanding of various casino table games, including their rules, procedures, and strategies. </li><li>Understanding of State Regulations. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, including developing training materials and assessing performance. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. </li><li>Good oral and written communication skills including tact when dealing with difficult customers, must be fluent and literate in English. </li><li>Must be proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and Microsoft Outlook. </li><li>Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. </li><li>Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests and vendors. </li><li>Ability to stand and walk, and mobility to move easily around entire property for entire shift. Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces. </li><li>Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to work in a fast paced environment. </li><li>Must be able to work in areas containing dust, second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, lighting, vibration, crowds and air quality. </li><li>Must be flexible with schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required. </li></ul>
