<p>Overview</p> <p>Small enough to care. Big enough to deliver.</p> <p>This position is an entry level commercial loan support role responsible for the creation and processing of accurate and compliant loan documentation following MidWestOne policies and procedures and industry best practices; escalates more advanced loan transactions to a Commercial Loan Processing Support II or Senior Processing Support.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Processes commercial loan documentation following the Bank's Loan Policy, operating procedures and industry best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists Commercial Bankers and loan servicing team members with operational support related to compliance, policy, and related requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Reviews incoming loan requests for completeness and data accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Uses the loan document imaging system to validate information on loan requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs pre-closing compliance reviews including the following regulatory guidance under:</p> </li><li> <p>Flood Insurance under the National Flood Insurance Program ("NFPA");</p> </li><li> <p>Regulation B;</p> </li><li> <p>Home Mortgage Disclosure Act ("HMDA");</p> </li><li> <p>Community Reinvestment Act ("CRA");</p> </li><li> <p>Beneficial Ownership;</p> </li><li> <p>Customer Identification Program ("CIP").</p> </li><li> <p>Verifies loan approval prior to producing loan documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares upload directions for Loan Operations.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High school degree or equivalent with some related work experience. </li><li>In addition to education in business or related field, 6 months to 1 year of experience in a loan support related role is preferred. </li><li>Banking or financial experience is also preferred. </li></ul> <p>Created By : Compensation Range</p> <p>The Perks!</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base compensation with additional performance-based incentives (incentives vary depending on role) </li><li>Career development and continuous learning opportunities </li><li>Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Parental/Grandparent Leave, and more </li><li>100% vested 401(k) Retirement Plan with company match </li><li>Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance </li><li>Flex spending plan & Health savings accounts with employer contribution </li><li>Student Loan Debt Reduction Program </li><li>Employee Stock Ownership Plan </li><li>Employer provided group life insurance with option to purchase additional life insurance for you and your family members </li><li>Employer provided long term and short term disability insurance </li><li>Additional Insurance options to meet your personal needs: Critical Illness and Accident insurance, and Hospital Indemnity </li><li>Wellness Program </li><li>Free banking services and other financial services discounts </li><li>Take Your Dog to Work Day in June </li><li>Employee Rally Day- a day of celebration and recognition! </li></ul> <p>RISE stands for Retention, Innovation, Support, and Empowerment.
