<p>MAU is hiring a Contract Procurement Planner for our client in Fountain Inn, SC.</p> <p>As a Contract Procurement Planner, you will oversee inventory management and all planning functions for assigned parts and suppliers, acting as a key liaison between procurement, production, and logistics. This is a short-term contract opportunity.</p> <p>Shift Information</p> <ul> <li>Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM </li></ul> <p>Status of Employment</p> <ul> <li>Contract - Short-Term Assignment </li><li>Assignment Duration: 6 months </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>Associate degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in Materials Planning </li></ul> <p>OR</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma with 10+ years of experience in Materials Planning </li><li>Advanced Microsoft Office skills </li><li>Experience using SAP </li></ul> <p>General Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail </li><li>Excellent time management and follow-up abilities </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Effective interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and levels of management </li></ul> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Determine material requirements using the SAP MM module to support customer needs </li><li>Manage all aspects of supplier relationships </li><li>Schedule purchased materials and create/release purchase orders or scheduling agreements </li><li>Provide suppliers with forecasted requirements </li><li>Monitor and expedite material to ensure timely product delivery </li><li>Take proactive action to order, cancel, push out, or pull in purchased materials to meet demand and maintain optimal inventory levels </li><li>Monitor supplier performance for on-time delivery </li><li>Collaborate with sales planning, customer support, production schedulers, MRP controllers, and logistics providers </li><li>Control inbound freight costs and log/track expedite expenses </li><li>Manage inventory levels and turns for assigned materials on a per-part basis </li><li>Communicate part availability issues with internal production planning teams </li><li>Perform additional duties as required </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Office and manufacturing environment at Bosch facility in Fountain Inn, SC </li></ul>
