<p>Akkodis is seeking a CCaaS Integration Engineer for a Contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. You will develop event-driven AWS architectures and implement robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, reliable delivery.</p> <p>Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.</p> <p>CCaaS Integration Engineer job responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Build secure, scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Python/Node.js, integrating with CCaaS, CRM, IVR/IVA, and analytics platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop event-driven serverless architectures on AWS using Lambda, Step Functions, and SQS with fault-tolerant patterns, retries, and DLQs.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement robust database connectivity across Postgres, MySQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB with secure secret handling and performance optimization.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, ensuring automated testing, linting, IaC artifacts, and API security compliance (OAuth2/JWT, OpenAPI).</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate middleware orchestration using AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft, including transformations, throttling, and authentication policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Produce technical documentation (sequence diagrams, integration specs, runbooks) and collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.</p> </li><li> <p>8-10 years of hands-on experience in API development, cloud integration, and serverless engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong expertise in Python/Node.js and building scalable RESTful APIs with AWS serverless services (Lambda, SQS, Step Functions).</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience integrating enterprise systems using AWS API Gateway or MuleSoft, along with solid CI/CD and GitHub workflow proficiency.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you are interested in this role, then please click APPLY NOW.
