<p>Join The Hillman Group Team in Shakopee, MN!</p> <p>We are currently looking for a 1st Shift Material Handler II in our Shipping Department. In this role you will support daily operations by transporting materials and finished goods to designated areas within the facility using various types of powered industrial equipment. Performs basic administrative tasks using computer systems. Communicates effectively with vendors, drivers, and customers through email, phone, and in-person interactions.</p> <p>Standard Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday-Friday)</p> <p>Pay: $20.00 hourly (bi-weekly)</p> <p>Essential Job Functions *</p> <ul> <li>Operates a variety of powered, industrial equipment </li><li>Loads and unloads trucks </li><li>Ability to use a hand scanner </li><li>Picks-up incoming materials from the Receiving dock </li><li>Unloads and puts away stock in the Bulk storage area </li><li>Provides replenishment materials to workstations in a timely manner </li><li>Pulls and stocks correct product to appropriate boxes and pick locations </li><li>Transfers finished products to designated areas </li><li>Stacks empty skids and pallets in designated areas </li><li>Operates a manual and/or motorized pallet jack </li><li>Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic operating problems; reports other problems to manger </li><li>Ability to lift 70lbs. repetitively </li><li>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
