Provides exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and visitors, by assisting them with inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.</p> <p>b. Acts as a friendly and welcoming presence within the community, greeting residents and visitors and assisting them, as needed.</p> <p>c. Communicates effectively with residents and staff to ensure their needs and preferences are understood and addressed promptly.</p> <p>d. Fosters a positive and inclusive community atmosphere by prompting social interactions and engagement among residents.</p> <ol start="2"> <li> <p>Answers phone calls or emails professionally and in a timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides information about guests, their visitation, the community, and safety precautions during their visit. Complies with all HIPAA and privacy requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures visitor logs, ID badges, and any security measures are followed by everyone in the community, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Keeps supplies, work areas, papers and electronic files in a neat and orderly fashion.</p> </li><li> <p>Tracks and orders supplies as needed to ensure sufficient inventory, as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates life safety and disaster preparedness drills for their designated area.</p> </li><li> <p>Promptly reports emergencies, safety and/or security to leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Assists with special projects and performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol> <p>Shift Details:</p> <p>This is a PRN, as needed, position.</p> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Required: High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year of experience as a receptionist or related position, in a call-center, or administrative environment. </li></ul> <p>Westminster Village North is an equal opportunity employer.
