In addition to your core responsibilities in Talent Development, you'll participate in a structured rotation across key Human Resources functions to build a comprehensive understanding of the employee experience and HR operations.</p> <p>Accountabilities</p> <ul> <li>Partner with Talent Development to support training logistics and content creation. </li><li>Assist in coordinating and analyzing employee engagement initiatives to drive continuous improvement. </li><li>Support planning and execution of company events, philanthropic efforts, and employee engagement activities. </li><li>Learn about employment law, benefits, compensation, total rewards, and leave administration through hands-on experience. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field. </li><li>Creative thinker with a passion for learning and development. </li><li>Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. </li><li>Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to work independently. </li><li>High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. </li></ul>
