<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Monday-Friday: 10:00AM Start Time. Must be flexible as operations run 24/7, weekends, overnights, and holidays.</p> <p>Pay rate: $24.00-$27.00/hr DOE.</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>The Maintenance Mechanic troubleshoots equipment problems and performs immediate repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment </li><li>As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will perform equipment change-overs, production line set ups and record repairs, maintenance, parts, materials used, and rebuild and fabricate parts </li><li>The Maintenance Mechanic utilizes work orders for the requisition of new parts and materials as needed through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) </li><li>Maintenance Mechanics will also perform maintenance inclusive of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS) if a manufacturing plant and distribution center have such a system </li><li>Ensure the safety needs are given a top priority in operations support and work execution </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or General Education Degree and 1 to 2 plus years of related experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Electrical Certification or Vocational Certification </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
