Shoot for the moon.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>GENERAL SUMMARY</p> <p>The Product Insights Coordinator position functions as both a dedicated project support role to a Senior Product Insights Manager and as a shared operational resource for the broader product team. The Product Insights Coordinator supports the broader team by aiding in research, organization, and distribution of detailed product information. This individual will be assigned to a Senior Product Insights Manager who they will help support with shared ownership of vehicles and their projects. The coordinator will assist their senior lead by providing supplemental support and coverage as project needs increase or demand. In doing so, this individual will gain valuable hands-on agency experience via exposure to cross-disciplinary team functions on a range of complex projects spanning different media platforms such as web, social media, broadcast media, and more.</p> <p>Day to Day:</p> <p>On a project by project basis the Product Insights Coordinator:</p> <ul> <li>Reports to assigned Senior Product Insights Manager. </li><li>Will become a co-subject matter expert with their Senior Manager's vehicles and is able to step-in to offer product support as project needs demand. </li><li>Understand the Lexus brand and have a strong familiarity with the broader vehicle lineup. </li><li>Researches and identifies Lexus superiorities/claims within competitive landscape as needed. Maintain documentation and ensure all agency partners receive information as it is updated. Additional ad hoc research for campaigns as required. </li><li>Communicate across all internal departments to distribute the latest product information. </li><li>Work with team to help partner in QC efforts of digital visualizer assets. </li><li>Provide product review support for model image and copy accuracy for dealership media assets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Experience: Experience in collaborative working environments, in any role, preferred. Technical automotive based experience is a plus. It is vital that this person is an effective collaborator and eager to learn.</p> <p>Bonus: Photography background and/or knowledgeable handling of DSLR and/or mirrorless type systems will be advantageous.</p> <p>Education: Preferably has a 4-year degree (Bachelor's degree) from an accredited university or college.</p> <p>Skills and Abilities: This person must be highly organized, with strong attention to details. A true passion for automobiles, the industry, and/or a demonstrated understanding of how they work is a must! This person should be highly collaborative and express enthusiasm to learn across a range of agency projects.</p> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Working Conditions: Team One is a professional, fast-paced, creative business environment.
