<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Manage assigned region to meet the financial services needs of the Bank's clients; implement strategies to achieve goals developed for the region as part of the annual operating plan; ensure the region's compliance with Bank policies and procedures and regulatory requirements; supervise assigned personnel; communicate and interface with other departments and management personnel; provide periodic management reports.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in related field; specialized retail banking education and training.</p> <p>Minimum five (5) years of experience as a Regional Branch Executive Officer in the financial services industry focused on lending, business development and retail banking operations.</p> <p>Excellent sales management, supervisory, leadership, mathematical, reading, verbal and written communication, decision making, problem solving and interpersonal relations skills; thorough working knowledge of retail banking operations and current lending regulations, procedures and operations; proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office; valid driver's license.</p>
