Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Strategic Partnerships, this role will manage projects that align with enterprise goals, including process improvements, technology integration, and vendor collaboration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and skilled in project management and change management, with a strong ability to drive cross-functional alignment and support adoption of new processes across multiple business units.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Project Leadership:</p> </li><li> <p>Plan, execute, and monitor fleet optimization projects from inception to completion.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Enterprise Change Management:</p> </li><li> <p>Design and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training, communication, and support to impacted teams during transitions.</p> </li><li> <p>Strategic Analysis & Reporting:</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze fleet performance data to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations for leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, HR) and external vendors to ensure project success.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate meetings and maintain alignment across stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Fleet Team Support:</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a resource for fleet teams, assisting with initiatives and providing guidance on strategic priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure alignment between team-level projects and overall organizational strategy.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in project management, strategic planning, or change management. </li><li>Proven experience in enterprise-level change management and stakeholder engagement. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Excellent communication and leadership abilities. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li>PMP or similar project management certification. </li><li>Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) preferred. </li><li>Experience with fleet management systems and optimization strategies. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>HIRING SALARY RANGE: $67,900-84,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
