We work hard together and celebrate an environment that is open, creative, and engaging.</p> <p>In addition to a friendly and engaging learning environment, we offer a comprehensive training and development program to jump-start or even enhance your interests in a twenty-first-century manufacturing career.</p> <p>Compensation: Starting wage $21.20 per hour</p> <p>Additional Bonus: Immediately eligible to participate in an additional quarterly bonus program</p> <p>Shift: Sunday night to Friday morning, 9pm - 7am</p> <p>Comprehensive safety training program (defined SOPs and work instructions)</p> <p>Career development/advancement</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <p>Follow all safety rules and rules as established in employee handbook</p> <p>Follow standard operating procedures</p> <p>Maintain good housekeeping as established by Relief Duty Sheets and identifies gaps and areas for improvement</p> <p>Responsible for rotating in the feeding, stacking, and offloading positions, maintaining rate as defined in the recipe</p> <p>Monitor the machine while the Machine Operators break, following the defined SOPs</p> <p>Set up production equipment following established equipment settings</p> <p>Maintain quality of product on production line by ensuring standards are being followed</p> <p>Continually monitor product, to detect and resolve issues utilizing Continuous Improvement tools</p> <p>Track and/or fill out metrics required to accurately close out production work orders</p> <p>Is this job for you ?</p> <p>What do you bring?</p> <p>High School diploma, preferred</p> <p>1-3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferred</p> <p>A little more about us</p> <p>At Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed, our employees have pride in belonging to an organization whose culture is made up of these core values: Trust, Empowerment, & Collaboration.
