Increasingly recognised for creating some of the world's most sought-after properties, the Group provides legendary service inspired by Asian heritage whilst representing the very cutting-edge of luxury experiences.</p> <p>Join us during this exciting period at the Conservatorium Hotel transitions to Mandarin Oriental by early 2026.</p> <p>As Breakfast Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for the following duties:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the preparation and presentation of the buffet and a la carte breakfast dishes for both BARBOUNIA and Room Service </li><li>Delivering highest levels of quality and precision, preparing dishes in line with recipes and standards </li><li>Maintaining highest levels of hygiene and cost control </li></ul> <p>The kitchen of BARBOUNIA is the largest on property where around 20+ chefs are working daily. All dishes are created from the heart with respect to seasons, nature and environment. BARBOUNIA and Lounge are located in a beautiful internal glass courtyard which has spectacular floor-to-ceiling windows. BARBOUNIA is a celebration of authentic cuisine from the South of France, Italy and Greece. We use modern European techniques with Dutch influence and produce.</p> <p>As Breakfast Chef de Partie we expect from you:</p> <ul> <li>A passionate and quality-driven approach to cooking; </li><li>Prior experience as Breakfast Chef de Partie; </li><li>Teamwork, being able to work closely with 2-3 breakfast chefs </li><li>Familiarity with hygiene code and HACCP regulations; </li><li>The ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment; </li><li>Good knowledge of the English language; </li><li>The ability to work early mornings (05:00 AM) and weekend shifts </li></ul> <p>Our commitment to you:</p> <ul> <li>A salary in scale VI of the Horeca CAO; </li><li>Excellent career progression with an iconic, luxury, global hotel brand.
