The Quality Coordinator is responsible for reviewing and approving all patient information provided by licensed professionals during essential care milestones-including Start of Care, Re-certification, Resumption of Care, Evaluation visits, and Discharge. This role promotes high-quality patient care by maintaining strong relationships with referral sources, patients, caregivers, and staff. Additionally, the Quality Coordinator assists with staff training and ensures compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.</p> <p>The Staff Pharmacist provides safe and appropriate pharmacy services to home infusion patients. This role assesses patient suitability for home infusion care, reviews and evaluates medication orders, labs, and other clinically relevant information, monitors patient progress, and makes recommendations as needed. Experience with and knowledge of IV admixture procedures. </li><li>Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication skills (oral and written). Flexible and able to work with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent time management skills and able to work independently.
