This role combines data accuracy, organization, and communication, making it ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.</p> <p>HR Administrator Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ownership of high-volume Pre-Employment and Onboarding processing </li><li>Assist with database management (CDK, ComplyAuto, etc.) </li><li>Support the HR team with administrative work and special projects </li><li>Maintain digital employee files and ensure data accuracy </li><li>Perform sensitive data entry and validation </li></ul> <p>Recruiting Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Maintain and manage the job board and open requisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Refresh job postings regularly</p> </li><li> <p>Post new job requisitions</p> </li><li> <p>Review job ads for grammar, accuracy, and formatting</p> </li><li> <p>Manage user access and permissions within recruiting systems</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with job ad edits, updates, and reworks</p> </li><li> <p>Confirm candidate interviews and scheduling</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure job postings are aligned with the correct dealership budget</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update the recruitment process tracking spreadsheet</p> </li></ul> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)</p> <p>HR Administrator Benefits and Compensation</p> <p>$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, based on experience</p> <ul> <li>Employer-subsidized Medical and Dental insurance, with comprehensive coverage </li><li>Company-Paid Life Insurance, Employee Assistance Plan, and text-based Telehealth </li><li>A variety of voluntary benefits, including Short- and Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness, Accident, Pet, and additional life insurance </li><li>401(k) with Company Match </li><li>Generous Paid Time Off that begins accruing from Day 1 </li><li>Exclusive employee pricing for you and your family on parts, service, and vehicles </li></ul>
