You'll get the satisfaction of making great products people use and love.</p> <p>In this position...</p> <p>The Plant Engineering Team Manager is responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and new installations within the Cleveland Engine Plant. The job is accomplished through working with hourly (UAW / IBEW) Skilled Trades, Construction Commodity Manager (CCM), and Contracted Services. Funding for the work comes from the maintenance budget and capital funding, which requires managing budgets and writing appropriation requests.
