<p>Co-op Job Description:</p> <p>This position will be responsible for helping to support our sales department and assisting in day-to-day operations of supporting our broker channel. To include marketing, sales analytics, broker events, planning and strategy of goals.</p> <p>Required Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to support day-to-day sales operations </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) </li><li>Comfortable working with data, reports, and compliance-sensitive materials </li><li>Detail-oriented and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively </li><li>Demonstrated interest in business operations, healthcare, or sales support functions </li></ul> <p>Accepted Majors:</p> <ul> <li>Business </li><li>Sales and Marketing </li><li>Healthcare Administration </li></ul> <p>Classification:</p> <ul> <li>Junior or Senior undergraduate students </li><li>Recent graduate (must be within one year or less of the program start date) </li></ul> <p>Minimum GPA:</p> <ul> <li>3.5 or higher </li></ul> <p>IBX is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
