VISA & CLC </li><li>Disperse and batch vendor invoices </li><li>Generate and post job files </li><li>Process customer insurance certificates </li><li>Process new hires by working in conjunction with Human Resources division </li><li>Assist with project management, service work orders, review timesheets, invoicing, vendors, permits, travel arrangements, etc </li><li>Manage customer account statements and aging report. Provide assistance with answering of the phones as needed.
