<p>Overview:</p> <p>As a Bilingual Recruiting Coordinator, you will be a part of a team responsible for supporting recruitment activities. You will support and assist with efforts to contact and communicate with candidates, conduct interviews, and perform other administrative duties consistent with communications, attraction, maintenance of candidate information, and onboarding.</p> <p>Location: Memphis, TN</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Answering and Redirecting Phone Calls </li><li>Welcome and assist candidates or visitors </li><li>Filter, track, and monitor confidential candidate information/ files </li><li>Schedule and conduct interviews, assign start dates, and coordinating onboarding </li><li>Assist with orientation and candidate onboarding as needed </li><li>Monitor actions to manage and maintain candidate compliance records </li><li>Support recruiters with participation in meetings, or recruitment related events </li></ul> <p>Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED Preferred </li><li>1+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field. </li><li>Bilingual Spanish </li><li>Proficiency with Applicant Tracking (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory (HRIS) Systems </li><li>Knowledge of MS Office software: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word </li><li>Strong communications skills, both oral and written </li><li>Strong interpersonal and customer service skills </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location.</p> <p>Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements, and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.</p> <p>Benefits and Well-Being:</p> <p>We offer a competitive benefits package, including 6 paid holidays, 1 paid floating holiday and up to 15 days of Paid Time Off per year, Medical/Dental/Vision insurance, Company-matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Program, in addition to other programs and perks.
