Bring on your challenges and let us show you how we build insurance better.</p> <p>Primary Responsibility:</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with key stakeholders to assist in driving business decisions. </li><li>Analyze monthly financial results, including KPI's, and identify/explain trends, preparing related summaries/management reports for business leaders and other key stakeholders. </li><li>Assist in building monthly reporting packages, decks and communication of results. </li><li>Develop and automate models to transform data into meaningful, clear, concise reporting/action plans. </li><li>Assist in developing Budget/Plan and Forecast using various models, industry data, and insights from business leaders. </li><li>Develop end-to-end product knowledge to support business decision making. </li><li>Help run projects and be able to mentor Junior/Senior Analysts on the team. </li><li>Collaborate with Technology and Data & Analytics business partners to build and implement AI-centric reporting, modeling, and business insight solutions. </li><li>Support business opportunities by collaborating with business leaders and their teams, creating proformas, and other ad-hoc analysis. </li><li>Ability and willingness to collaborate with key stakeholders and other cross-functional groups (Ops, Accounting, Technology, Data & Analytics, etc.) </li><li>Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating cultural expectations (Baldwin Group Azimuth) and influencing others to reward performance. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, and/or other relevant disciplines. </li><li>Experience: 3+ years of relevant work experience. </li><li>Licenses: CPA or CFA preferred but not required.
