This includes supporting the organizations development activities with regard to Plan for Export (P4E) / Design for Export (D4E).</p> <p>This role will be worked onsite in El Segundo, CA; McKinney, TX; Cedar Rapids, IA; or Marlborough, MA.</p> <p>What YOU Will Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Work with Business Development, Engineering, Global Trade, and program teams to define export opportunities, determine exportability gaps and work appropriate solutions in time to take advantage of opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure programs have USG release approval for all international programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure ongoing relationships with USG export decision makers remains strong.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in Gate Reviews, Ops Reviews, Strategy Sessions, Staff Meetings, etc. to ensure all aspects of technology release are being considered and to identify 'exportability gaps' as early as possible.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain cognizance of international pursuits to ensure appropriate time is considered for release approvals.</p> </li><li> <p>For each export opportunity, ensure every Low Observable/Counter Low Observable Critical Program Information (LO/CLO/CPI) assessment is completed in accordance with current USG policies (e.g., DoDM S-5230.28, LO/CLO Decision Memoranda, Horizontal Protection Guide (HPG), Service Policies, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with maintaining or establish access to the required classified (collateral) release documents (LO/CLO/CPI assessments and applicable USG policies, etc.) and ensure availability to those participating in LO/CLO/CPI assessments.</p> </li><li> <p>Review scope of Global Trade authorizations prior to submission and then any issued provisos to ensure a plan is in place to support program efforts while staying in compliance with any limitations imposed.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and lead opportunities to shift from FMS to DCS sustainment and/or sales where appropriate.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify US-only products that have potential to be sold internationally and grow our international sale percentage.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify opportunities where the program can realize large program protection cost savings for both immediate pursuits and/or avoidance of costly redesigns for future international growth.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster a culture of compliance.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain an active USG facilitating international opportunities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications We Prefer:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience with Foreign Military Sales, Anti-Tamper and Technology Security & Foreign Disclosure activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with secure communications systems, data links and assured navigation systems, and missionized systems for specialized aircraft and spacecraft, and/or ISR systems.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience through the full lifecycle of an international pursuit and program.</p> </li><li> <p>Program and project management skills and experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in engineering and program management roles.</p> </li><li> <p>Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage stakeholders at all
