<p>This role is warehouse design focused.</p> <p>Sr Solutions Design Analyst</p> <p>Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity in a fast-paced environment?Do you take an analytical approach to design complex and innovative solutions that exceed customer expectations and directly impact a growing business?Do you enjoy being part of a passionate team that works with stakeholders from across the business to create and implement the best solutions for our customers?</p> <p>If so, DHL Supply Chain has the opportunity for you</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>In this role you will support the pursuit of new business by leveraging technology to design supply chain solutions for new operations, as well as re-engineering projects for existing operations.</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the new business development process through active participation in solution development projects </li><li>Developing engineering designed with appropriate use of labor, technologies, systems and equipment </li><li>Providing analytical and warehouse management systems design support on implementation projects </li><li>Reengineering - ability to identify process improvement opportunities within existing operations, incorporates new technology (robotics) within the processes where applicable </li><li>Supports and provides input to the strategy team in reviewing and defining solutions design strategies, by managing complex data sets and conducting statistical analysis </li><li>Drives/supports development of new/innovative services and solutions to meet our customer's needs </li></ul> <p>Required Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree (Industrial Engineering or Technical), required </li><li>Overall understanding of Supply Chain concepts and experience in at least one logistics element, required </li><li>3+years of supply chain experience, preferred </li></ul> <p>Our Organization has a business casual environment and focuses on teamwork, associate development, training, and continuous improvement.
