<p>Purpose of Position - Responsible for the ongoing support and development of the Success Coordinators. Maintains regulatory compliance and contributes to the financial viability of Imagine! programs. Provides monitoring and support to ensure health, safety, wellbeing, and a high quality of life of individuals on their caseload. Maintains professional relationships with all individuals receiving services, contractors, and stakeholders.</p> <p>Essential Duties/Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides management of the daily operations of Imagine!'s individual residential supports and services (IRSS), including Host Home, Companion Home, and Family Caregiver settings. </li><li>Monitors regulatory compliance of the residential program as well as compliance with company policy and procedure. </li><li>Ensures quality of services through staff, client, guardian and stakeholder satisfaction, in accordance with departmental mission and goals. </li><li>Directly supervises Success Coordinators - Residential. Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring/performance management, and disciplinary action. </li><li>Responds to emergency situations on a 24-hour basis, working with Success Coordinators - Residential, Program Manager, and others. </li><li>Responsible for provider payment, including swift resolution of concerns. </li><li>Monitors and responsible for programmatic quality assurance, including Human Rights Committee (HRC) reporting and follow-up, provider compliance, client roster updates, etc. </li><li>Maintains current, up-to-date knowledge of all residential regulatory issues and changes and ensures residential program compliance with all standards and regulations, including Imagine! policies and procedures. </li><li>Supervises a 24-hour, 365-day program, including fulfilling on-call responsibilities, caseload coverage, and other action necessary to meet Imagine! standards. </li></ul> <p>Job Qualifications</p> <p>Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:</p> <ul> <li>General knowledge of long-term care services and supports system in Colorado. </li><li>Knowledge of rules and regulations governing the operation of Individual Residential Supports and Services (IRSS). </li><li>Demonstrated skill in working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. </li><li>Effective written and verbal communication skills with individuals and groups at all professional levels. </li><li>Effective and creative problem solver. </li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks/goals for self and others. </li><li>Ability to work effectively with various technology including MS Office, internet based databases, assistive technology, etc. </li><li>Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to meet Imagine! driving requirements. </li><li>This position requires regular use of a personal vehicle with liability insurance that meets Imagine! standards. </li><li>This position requires regular use of a personal mobile device such as a smartphone or tablet. </li></ul> <p>Training/Education:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED required. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in human services or related field preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Three years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li><li>Supervisory experience preferred. </li></ul> <p>Working Environment/Physical Activities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift 50 pounds. </li><li>Effective with shifting roles, responsibilities, and expectations in a changing environment. </li><li>Office and community based. </li><li>Regular travel throughout the Front Range area. </li><li>Willingness and ability to respond to emergency situations as they arise. </li></ul> <p>Note: This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the job.</p> <p>Internal candidates only</p>
