<p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee the use of total station and IR scan equipment </li><li>Create and implement standards for total station files and maintain consistency of stationing practices </li><li>Develop detailed assembly details for prefabrication and coordinate related work with prefabrication shop </li><li>Design, program, and test Fire Alarm Systems </li><li>Conduct infrared scans and generate detailed reports </li><li>Use Autodesk software for total station, prefabrication, design, and BIM related tasks </li></ul> <p>EXPERIENCE and SKILLS:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with Autodesk 3D Design, Engineering & Construction software -AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks </li><li>Certification in Fire Alarm Systems </li><li>Experience with IR scanning technology </li><li>Experience in prefabrication processes and coordination </li><li>Self-motivated individual with Innovative problem-solving skills and attention to detail </li><li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities </li><li>Familiarity with industry codes, standards, and best practices </li><li>Experience with Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Experience with PDF creation and editing software - Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam </li><li>Effective written and oral communication skills </li><li>Skill in reading and evaluating electrical drawings, schedules, and other technical schematics </li><li>Ability to manage project expectations and deadlines </li><li>Knowledge of electrical construction </li></ul> <p>These duties are not intended to serve as a comprehensive list of all duties performed by all employees in this position.
