The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and experienced in providing respiratory care to subacute and long-term care patients.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>The Respiratory Therapist provides respiratory care services in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and state regulations. This role supports patients with chronic and acute respiratory conditions in a post-acute care setting.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Administer respiratory treatments (neb treatments, oxygen therapy, trach care, suctioning, etc.) </li><li>Monitor and assess patient respiratory status </li><li>Manage ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and oxygen delivery systems </li><li>Document treatments and patient responses accurately </li><li>Collaborate with nursing staff and physicians to optimize patient care </li><li>Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory therapies as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current RT license in good standing (state-specific) </li><li>RRT or CRT accepted </li><li>BLS required (ACLS preferred, if applicable) </li><li>SNF, subacute, or long-term care experience preferred </li><li>Strong communication and documentation skills </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>Supportive interdisciplinary team </li><li>Opportunity for long-term stability and growth </li></ul> <p>Work schedule</p> <ul> <li>8 hour shift </li><li>Weekend availability </li></ul>
