<p>Department</p> <p>College of Social Work- Institute for Family Violence Studies</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of program goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and staff supervision of the projects of the Institute. Responsible for managing administrative and research dissemination activities for the Institute for Trauma and Resilience Studies. This includes design, implementation, updates, and reports for the Institute's projects. Responsible for high-level communication with stakeholders, research presentations at meetings, presentations at conferences, and representation of the Institute locally, regionally, and nationally. Assist in leading and implementing strategic planning for the Institute, ignite organizational change, cultivate a shared vision, and motivate others to translate vision into action. Oversees the facilitation and program direction for the following: administrative compliance, marketing, and reporting activities for the projects of the Institute. Develop and implement policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Provides supervision and oversight to research assistants and staff with ongoing project development. Provide guidance and direction to staff involved in administrative services and programs, including, but not limited to, organizational analysis. Evaluate both program and process effectiveness with end-users and develop changes, alternatives, and adjustments to improve processes.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Bachelor's degree and six years of experience in a related science, research administration, or research services field or a high school diploma or equivalent and ten years of experience.
