This position is critical to the heat treatment and sintering of pressed parts, as well as conducting in-process inspections. If you have a mechanical mindset, thrive in a hands-on production environment, and value precision and safety, we encourage you to apply!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Safety & Compliance</p> <p>Wear required PPE and follow all safety procedures</p> <p>Handle materials at high temperatures (up to 1200°C) and work with gases (hydrogen, nitrogen, argon)</p> <p>Read and follow work instructions and process control standards</p> <p>Machine Setup & Operation</p> <p>Set up sinter boats and foil packs</p> <p>Load parts into horizontal, vertical, and tube furnaces using correct programs</p> <p>Operate nitrogen lines, vacuum storage tubes, and other related equipment</p> <p>Preventive Maintenance & Housekeeping</p> <p>Clean and maintain equipment and work areas</p> <p>Perform basic preventative maintenance and track inventory of supplies</p> <p>Quality & Documentation</p> <p>Conduct in-process inspections and verify product quality</p> <p>Accurately record data in ERP systems, routers, logs, and control charts</p> <p>Follow proper job separation procedures and maintain organized workflows</p> <p>Team Collaboration & Process Improvement</p> <p>Communicate with supervisors for escalation and improvement suggestions</p> <p>Participate in process control updates and provide feedback on work instructions</p> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <p>Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a production, manufacturing, or thermal processing role preferred</p> <p>Education: High school diploma or equivalent</p> <p>Technical Skills: Ability to operate industrial furnaces and inspection tools</p> <p>Physical Stamina: Able to lift 50+ lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive movements</p> <p>Attention to Detail: Required for part handling, documentation, and inspection</p> <p>Safety Awareness: Must follow safety procedures when handling high-temp and hazardous materials</p> <p>Apply Today!</p> <p>Join a team where safety, precision, and collaboration drive innovation in advanced materials.
