<p>This Opportunity</p> <p>WSP is currently initiating a search for a Senior Scheduler for our Orlando Office.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Responsible for schedule management to support client's Program including design and construction projects. </li><li>Responsible for Developing, updating and analyzing detailed execution schedules for simultaneous projects </li><li>Responsible for reviewing schedules and monitoring contractors' performance </li><li>Establish baseline schedule: summary and detailed review of baseline durations, logic, resources, costs, cost curves, resource histograms. </li><li>Identify schedule activities that control the overall project and critical path. </li><li>Review periodic CPM Updates, provide Primavera schedule comparison reports and detailed reviews. </li><li>Perform Earned Value analysis reports </li><li>Schedule Change Management. Review of change orders. </li><li>Perform time impact analyses (TIA) to determine the extent of the impacts of potential delays. </li><li>Provide recommendations for schedule recovery. Recovery schedule reviews and perform what-if scenario analysis. </li><li>Assess and provide recommendations to resolve schedule, scope changes or delays to the Project Team and Executive Management. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline or equivalent experience </li><li>12+ years' experience in developing and managing project Schedules. </li><li>Highway Construction experience </li><li>Experienced with critical path method analysis/technique with Primavera. </li><li>Project financial forecasting skills. </li><li>Change Order and Extension of Time analysis. </li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Experience working within large and challenging Client Programs with one or more project teams. </li><li>Effective reporting and communication skills. </li><li>Experience in preparing project reports and documentation. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Building Construction and or project management experience </li><li>Team player and Strong communication skills </li></ul> <p>#LI-MP1</p>
