<p>SIGN ON BONUS TO ELIGIBLE NEW HIRES</p> <ul> <li>25% after 30 days </li><li>25% after 90 days </li><li>50% after 180 days *must be within good attendance standing </li></ul> <p>One Major game: $4500</p> <p>Two Major games: $5000</p> <p>Two Major games: (with craps) $6000</p> <p>Three Major games (no craps): $6500</p> <p>Three Major games (and one of the three is craps): $8000</p> <p>All major games (with craps): $8000</p> <p>RATE OF PAY: $7.50+ per hour ($9 minimum per hour with Craps or 4 major games), (based on game knowledge) + Tips (approximately $17-$20 per hour)</p> <p>Status: Part-Time</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>Deal games, payout winnings, exchange currency for chips and inform guests of game rules.</p> <p>Change over deck of cards or dice, inspect and mix cards.</p> <p>Verify bank roll fills with the supervisor and security personnel.</p> <p>Ensure protection of game; maintain continuous inspection of cards or dice, ensure betting in compliance with gate rules and minimums set.</p> <p>Close game, sort cards, balance rack, count chips, and sign off with the supervisor.</p> <p>Must have excellent guest service skills.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Must be 21 years of age or older </li></ul> <p>Professional dealing experience required and must have at least one of the following combinations of game knowledge:</p> <ul> <li>One major game and at least one minor game offered at the Horseshoe (Horseshoe will teach you a minor game if you don't already know one) </li><li>Two major games offered at the Horseshoe (Horseshoe may be willing to teach you a second major game if you only know one) </li><li>Any combination of four currently offered at the Horseshoe </li><li>Major Games are currently: Live Poker, Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat </li><li>Minor Games are currently: Three Card Poker, I Luv Suits, Ultimate Texas, Mississippi Stud, Pai Gow Poker, and Spanish 21 Blackjack </li></ul>
