NHA will support you through your alternative certification journey.</p> <p>The 'Paraprofessional to Teacher' program allows individuals without an Ohio Teaching Certificate to start as Special Education Paraprofessionals, complete necessary tests, enroll in an IPTI program, and obtain an Alternative Resident Educator License, ultimately transitioning to a Special Education Teacher role with a two-year commitment to NHA.
