This teacher will design targeted interventions, differentiate instruction, and collaborate with the general education teacher and service providers to ensure student success.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide specialized instruction aligned with IEP goals in both inclusive and pull-out environments</p> </li><li> <p>Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)</p> </li><li> <p>Use data to monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly</p> </li><li> <p>Support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with classroom teacher to co-plan and co-teach</p> </li><li> <p>Passionate about creating an inclusive, nurturing classroom community where all students can thrive</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in utilizing specialized reading and math interventions, particularly for early learners</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to implement modifications to support students and to develop and utilize behavior support plans to ensure success</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain clear communication with families and actively participate in CSE meetings</p> </li><li> <p>Work collaboratively with related service providers and the CST team to ensure cohesive support</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current with special education regulations, instructional best practices, and interventions</p> </li></ul> <p>About Our Community and School:</p> <p>Briarcliff Manor is a vibrant community of approximately 8,000 residents located in Westchester County, New York.
