This VISTA will assist the development and coordination of Partnerships for Appalachian Trails & Heritage (PATH) program, designed to assist businesses and communities along the trail system. Applicant should be a self-starter and independent thinker eager to jump in and lend their knowledge when needed. Works with regional tourism organizations to develop branding and marketing plan for PATH and implement ideas. Collaborate with residents, community leaders, and business owners about their specific needs to execute PATH programs. Assist in identifying tourism workforce issues and solutions for local business owners. Beautiful, rural mountain areas serve as your workspace.
