<p>The Ingleside Hotel and Conference Center in Pewaukee is hiring staff to help set up rooms and serve at events. Full-time if you have a flexible schedule. Hours vary based on events - days & evenings. Weekends are required. Set up/take down tables & chairs for meetings, trade shows and weddings. May also serve food and beverages during buffet and plated events. $18/hr + benefits.</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide room set up and take down for busy hotel banquet department.</p> </li><li> <p>Respond efficiently to guest or management requests.</p> </li><li> <p>Properly set dinnerware for banquet tables.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with serving plated food or buffet style for breakfast meetings, luncheons, weddings, banquets, etc.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Age 18 years or older.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to follow directions and have good math skills used for measuring and set up of banquet space.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to lift and move a 60" round table.</p> </li><li> <p>Stand for the entire shift.</p> </li><li> <p>Lift and carry trays with 8-10 meals and serve them to guests; clear tables.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to communicate with guests in English.</p> </li><li> <p>Able to work alone or as part of a team.</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of audio/visual equipment and/or experience is helpful.</p> </li></ul> <p>Must be able to complete a pre-employment background check.
