Here at QuickSTAT, our Jamaica/Queens/New York site is looking for a new Revenue Care Specialist to join our Air Logistics team.</p> <p>How you create impact</p> <p>As a Revenue Care Specialist you will be the connection between the operations of the business unit and the finance group overseeing profitability. You will work with internal teams to streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve the overall efficiency of revenue processes. This will involve conducting audits, analyzing data, ensuring accurate and timely charge capture, identifying discrepancies, missed charges, and potential revenue variations. Investigating and resolving issues related to charges for invoicing and billing while implementing improvements as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Working with various business units within the Quick Organization, identifying shortcomings in the Forwarding Sub-Ledger and working with them to resolve issues. </li><li>You will check and index incoming supplier invoices, ensuring all transactions are accrued without error. </li><li>Work with Logistics Service Provider (LSP) management to resolve any rate discrepancies. </li><li>You will help standardize charge codes, tariffs for invoicing, and payables. </li><li>Ensure all customer-specific invoicing (manual and e-invoice), documentation and systems are correctly used and managed to stop any payment delays or discrepancies. </li><li>Reviewing all files to ensure proper procedures and guidelines are followed. </li><li>To ensure timely revenue recognition, invoicing, and gross profit confirmation to meet all deadlines for end of month/year. </li></ul> <p>What we would like you to bring</p> <ul> <li>2+ years' operations experience in a frieght forwarding environment </li><li>1+ years' of invoice processing and accounts payable experience </li><li>Must have the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders </li><li>Working knowledge of MicroSoft Excel and Word </li><li>Must have the ability to pay close attention to details </li></ul> <p>What's in it for you</p> <p>At QuickStat we strive daily to inspire, empower, and deliver not only to our customers, but also to our colleagues. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
