<p>As a Recruiter at American Health Partners you will help us hire fantastic people! If you enjoy using your skills to help us find the best candidates, we want you on our team! We believe in caring for our people and have many reward and recognition programs to highlight the awesome and important work that is done each and every day.</p> <p>JOB SUMMARY:</p> <p>The Recruiter will source and screen applicants, coordinate the interview and facilitate the hiring process.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:</p> <p>To perform this job, an individual must accomplish each essential function satisfactorily, with or without a reasonable accommodation.</p> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to determine specific candidate needs </li><li>Post jobs in ATS and other external sites as needed </li><li>Source qualified candidates using targeted recruiting methods including job boards, networking, approved social media sites, software and referral programs </li><li>Review applications and resumes, verify applicant qualification(s), complete initial phone interview and conduct reference checks to establish a candidate pool as applicable </li><li>Schedule interviews and coordinate meeting location </li><li>Follow up with hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; document results and any feedback within HRIS systems and established guidelines </li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience through the interview and orientation process by responding to and resolving all questions and concerns in a timely manner </li><li>Ensure all phases of the recruitment and selection process comply with established guidelines </li><li>Collaborate with HR and Payroll departments to ensure hiring processes are complete; resolve related issues </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required, some college preferred </li><li>One year of HR or Recruiting experience preferred </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office products </li></ul> <p>EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER</p> <p>Our Organization does not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, handicap, disability, age, marital status, sexual orientation, national origin, veteran status, or any other characteristic(s) protected by federal, state, and local laws.
