Are you ready to achieve great things with us?</p> <p>Your tasks</p> <p>As the Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in the sales achievements of Stadler Rail Service (SRS) for various service projects in the North American market. You will lead and coordinate interdisciplinary teams composed of Stadler Group employees and staff from our international maintenance locations and drive the successful sale of long-term maintenance contracts as well as modernization and repair projects for Stadler's rail vehicles across North America.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage service sales projects across multiple locations within North America. </li><li>Offer proactive customer service, relationship management, and competition analysis. </li><li>Collaborate with the vehicle sales team to align service tenders with vehicle purchase agreements and long-term maintenance needs. </li><li>Oversee the preparation of competitive customer proposals providing a winning strategy for respective bids. </li><li>Support contractual risk assessments. </li><li>Partner with external service providers, such as consultants and legal advisors, to support sales objectives. </li><li>Prepare for and lead sales meetings with senior management. </li><li>Foster collaboration across departments to drive project success. </li></ul> <p>Your profile</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred. </li><li>Proven experience in sales or business development within the rail, transportation, or transit service industries is required. </li><li>Familiarity with service tenders, contract negotiations, and risk management in rail industry maintenance solutions.. </li><li>Experience with maintenance concepts for rail fleets or similar transportation systems. </li><li>Strong knowledge of business administration and commercial principles. </li><li>Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams effectively. </li><li>Must be fluent in English; both verbal and written </li><li>Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed. </li></ul> <p>Our offer</p> <p>Jennifer Hood</p> <p>Talent Acquisition Specialist</p> <p>+1 801 205 0523</p>
